Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on our store are printed to order once a purchase is made.

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no additional cost.
No return is required.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
