All products sold on our store are printed to order once a purchase is made.

Because our items are custom-made:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen or device

  • Print placement and scale may vary slightly between items

Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

5. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you, not at the point of dispatch.

  • No returns for change of mind or sizing

  • Free replacement or refund for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos

Our use of public domain material does not grant exclusive rights to the underlying artwork; however, the design presentation, product configuration, and branding remain the intellectual property of Hellscape Disco and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Third-Party Services (Shopify & Fulfilment)

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services. Any sales made through this store are made directly with Hellscape Disco, not Shopify.

We use third-party print and fulfilment partners to produce and ship orders. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Hellscape Disco.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
